ELAS has launched the project “Development of a Digital Competence and Knowledge Management System for Industry 4.0”, aimed at improving knowledge management, developing competencies and strengthening employee skills. Through the digitalisation of these processes, the company aims to improve work organisation and enable more efficient knowledge transfer.
Digitalising Employee Development
The project includes the development of a digital competence management system, improvements to knowledge transfer processes, and enhanced employee training and mentoring. This will enable ELAS to plan professional development more effectively and provide employees with easier access to the knowledge they need for their daily work.
How Do Digital Solutions Contribute to Industry 4.0?
The project activities will bring together employees, knowledge and digital technologies. This approach represents a step towards improving production processes and further advancing the company's digital transformation.
Support from Sweden and the SPRING Programme
The project is supported by the Challenge2Collaborate (C2CoLab) Fund under the SPRING programme, financed by Sweden. The programme contributes to business development, promotes innovation and strengthens the competitiveness of the economy in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The SPRING programme is jointly implemented by Eda – Enterprise Development Agency, the Mozaik Foundation and the Sarajevo Regional Development Agency (SER).
For ELAS, investing in knowledge and employee development is an important part of its long-term competitiveness and of laying the foundations for sustainable growth in the era of Industry 4.0.
