The Kiosk Manufacturing Process: From Design to Serial Production

Building a custom self-service kiosk takes five stages — from concept to mass production. A dedicated project manager oversees the whole process, keeping the client informed at every step.

Image

1. Design

Our design team defines how the kiosk looks, feels, and functions — balancing appearance, ergonomics, and usability from day one.

2. Engineering

Electrical engineers select components and design wiring and power systems; mechanical engineers handle the structural build and serviceability — the foundation of long-term reliability.

3. Prototyping

A working prototype tests the design against real-world conditions, catching fit and tolerance issues no simulation can predict.

4. Final Product

The kiosk undergoes full integration testing — software, hardware, mechanics, and serviceability validated together as one system.

5. Serial Production

With capacity for up to 1,000 kiosks per month, the validated design scales into consistent, quality-controlled manufacturing.
