From March 25 to 27, 2026, we had the opportunity to participate in a professional conference and B2B meetings titled “Education and Further Training – German Solutions, Technologies and Cooperation Models”, organized by the German Chamber of Commerce in Bosnia and Herzegovina (AHK BiH). This three-day event brought together numerous representatives of educational institutions, companies, chambers of commerce, and experts from Germany and Bosnia and Herzegovina with the aim of improving cooperation and exchanging knowledge in the field of vocational education and workforce development.

As a company, we had the honor of participating in a panel discussion dedicated to workforce development and aligning education with labor market needs, where we presented our experiences, challenges, and examples of good practice in professional training and employee skill development.
